What’s the course about?

The new insights gained in this experiential workshop, will help participants to communicate effectively across different national cultures, enhancing adaptability and the ability to complete work-flow with greater ease.

By the end of this course, you’ll:

  1. gain a deeper insight into how different nationalities make decisions e.g. post-interview
  2. increase your ability to create more cohesion between individuals and decrease the likelihood of ‘taking it personally’
  3. maximise your ability to identify the difference between behaviour which may be a result of national culture and that which is purely individual (psychoculture)
  4. be able to enhance work-flow through adapting to – or dealing with – behaviours
  5. build better relationships throughout the organisation and beyond it.
